70 Dwelling hectare competition | NSW

The aim of this competition is to develop an alternative vision for the western most portion of Edmondson Park towards a preferred yield of 70 dwellings per hectare.

Our ambition for this competition is twofold:

a more bespoke response to the particular opportunities of the site, its location on the edge of the reserve and unusual shape as starting point for a delightful alternative to the planning conventions that have worked well elsewhere.

to provide alternatives in site planning and typologies that emphasis private outdoor space, flexibility and increased socialisation, to what already exists for Edmondson Park.
